Our services and features.

  • Video Consultations

    Our medical visits are 100% virtual, allowing our clients to receive high-quality medical care from the comfort of their own home. This also allows us to serve more clients and see those who may have limited care options due to geographic location.

  • New Client Visit (45-60 minutes)

    A new client visit includes a 1 hour session for you to tell your story and discuss all of the details of your skin condition with your provider. Diagnostic tests will be discussed and ordered at this visit. You will be started on a plan at this visit.

  • Return Visits (30 minutes)

    Follow-up visits include a discussion of how the previous treatment plan is work and comprehensive review of lab results. Your plan will be adjusted at every follow up visit, depending on labs and response to the prior treatment plans. Additional labs may be ordered.

  • Comprehensive Work-Up

    Lab testing is an essential component of our approach to patient care. A GI-MAP stool analysis and organic acids test (OAT) are recommended for all clients to complete. Additional testing may be ordered on a case-by-case basis, include DUTCH hormone testing, mycotoxin testing, food sensitivity testing, and bloodwork.

  • Robust Treatment Plans

    Treatment plans are tailored to each individual based on their condition(s), response to therapies, and test results. Most plans include lifestyle, nutrition, supplement, and topical recommendations. Prescriptions are used occasionally on an as-needed basis and only in certain states.

  • Supplements + Topicals

    Most supplements will be prescribed via FullScript. All clients will receive a 20-25% discount on supplements purchased through FullScript. Topicals may be purchased through FullScript, company websites, or Amazon, depending on what is prescribed.

  • Practice Better Portal

    Our clients have access to an online portal, which allows them to view previous tasks, forms, plans, billing history, previous and upcoming visits. They also have the ability to message their provider with quick questions or updates between visits.

  • Pricing Options + Packages

    We offer the option to pay for visits individually or to purchase a bundle of telemedicine visits upfront to receive a discount. There are also referral and Google review discounts available.

Frequency of visits and duration of treatment varies for every individual patient. The following are estimates to aid in choosing the right plan for you.

Average visit frequency = every 2-3 months

Average treatment duration = 6-12 months

  • Basic Package

    New Client Visit + Return Visit

    This package is excellent for all skin conditions.

    Included:

    • (1) New Client Visit (45 min), appropriate lab testing will be ordered at the first visit

    • (1) Return Visit (30 min)

    • 20% OFF of all supplements on FullScript

    • 5% OFF any additional visits needed

    • Exclusive functional test discounts

    • Lab recommendations and interpretation

    • Individualized treatment plans at every visit

    • Unlimited portal chat communication with Dr. Miller between appointments with a response time of 1-3 business days

    Price: $500 ($530 value)

    Refund Policy: No refunds will be awarded less than 72 hours prior to the initial visit.

    Deluxe Package

    Combined First & Second Visit (GI-MAP ordered prior to the visit) + Return Visit

    This package is excellent for all skin conditions.

    Includes:

    • (1) Combined First & Second Visit (60 min), with GI-MAP ordered prior to the initial visit and reviewed at the visit. GI-MAP cost is NOT included in the price of the package. 

    • (1) Follow-up visit (30 min)

    • Only available to those residing in the US & Canada. NOT available in New York.

    • Any additional lab testing will be ordered at this first visit

    • Approximately 6 months of care

    • 20% OFF of all supplements on FullScript for up to 1 year after your last visit

    • 5% OFF of any additional visits needed

    • Exclusive functional test discounts

    • Lab recommendations and interpretation

    • Individualized treatment plans at every visit

    • Unlimited portal chat communication with your provider between appointments with a response time of 1-3 business days

    Price: $635 ($660 value)

    Refund Policy:

    • No refunds will be awarded less than 72 hours prior to the initial visit.

    • >72 hours prior to the visit, a partial refund is available of a $75 test order fee subtracted from the total price already paid

    Premium Package

    Combined First & Second Visit (GI-MAP ordered prior to the visit) + 3 Return Visits

    Excellent for all skin conditions. 

    Includes:

    • (1) Combined First & Second Visit (60 min), with GI-MAP ordered prior to the initial visit and reviewed at the visit. GI-MAP cost is NOT included in the price of the package. 

    • (3) Return Visits (30 min each)

    • Only available to those residing in the US & Canada. NOT available in New York.

    • Any additional lab testing will be ordered at this first visit

    • Approximately 6-9 months of care, depending on visit frequency

    • 25% OFF of all supplements on FullScript for up to 1 year after your last visit

    • 10% OFF of any additional visits needed

    • Exclusive functional test discounts

    • Lab recommendations and interpretation

    • Individualized treatment plans at every visit

    • Unlimited portal chat communication with your provider between appointments with a response time of 1-3 business days

    Price: $975 ($1030 value)

    Option to pay in 2 monthly installments: $500 upfront, $500 due in 1 month for a total of $1000

    Refund Policy:

    • No refunds will be awarded less than 72 hours prior to the initial visit.

    • >72 hours prior to the visit, a partial refund is available of a $75 test order fee subtracted from the total price already paid

  • Combined First & Second Visit (GI-MAP ordered prior to initial visit) (60 minutes) | $475

    New Client Visit (45 minutes) | $345

    Follow-up Visit (30 minutes) | $185

  • Estimate $100-250 per month for oral supplements and topicals (varies by patient and treatment plan)

  • Late cancellation (charged if visit is not cancelled within 12 hours of the visit):

    • $50 for a new client visit

    • $25 for a return visit

    No show fees:

    • $125 for a new client visit

    • $75 for a return visit

  • 20% OFF of all FullScript Supplements for all clients (for up to 6 months after your last visit)

    25% OFF of all FullScript Supplements with the purchase of the Deluxe Package (for up to 1 year after your last visit)

    Referral discount: receive 25% off one visit OR a 35% FullScript discount for 3 months if you refer another patient who schedules and attends a visit

    Google Review: Receive 25% off one visit OR a 35% FullScript discount for 3 months if you leave a positive google review.
